Well Saturday was my first day back at training in a while. Had a physio appointment on the Friday and he says I have damaged the ligament that runs between my heel and the ball of my foot (please google the name, it was awfully long)...on both feet. Also he said 'you have the wrists of an 80 year old'. I really hope he got that line off the Simpsons.
Regardless, not feeling sick and not having attended in quite some time, I attended the Saturday revision class. Took it pretty easy. Did some Kata. Feel good to be back.
Also congrats to Clay Guida at the TUF fight card. Impressive performance from the carpenter, should be pretty close to a title shot.
What are your thoughts on the card?

thats not sounding very good hope you take it easy till things heal
Yeah man, if the doctor's saying stuff like that, you shouldn't be training to much.
Take it easy a bit, don't want to get the injury coming back
Don't push yourself too much dude.

'The wrists of an 80 year old', Awtch...
Good luck!
Oh man, having bad feet really sucks.
getting back is very tough
Good luck with your injury, hope you will get better soon.
Keep strong man!
Fat power!
Safety is priority while training. Cant train if your injured.
Clay Guida has always been one of my favorite even though he's not considered a top fighter but, a gate keeper. I'm sure he has the potential to become champion someday.
+ I know nobody who hates him!
Dude, your injury sounds painful. Unless you refuse to walk that sounds like something that'd hurt 24/7. Hope that heals up for you, unless it already did of course. As for Clay, i was happy for him. He went out there and dictated the fight. I thought it was a great grapple contest that really neither guy won. But Clay did enough to win a 30-27 by simply dictating the fight and putting it where he wanted.
