Training tonight!

First training tonight in a little tonight. Things I am not looking forward to doing:

> Kicks (I have a habit of falling over when I am not practicing)
> Kata - its like dancing, but just imagine you're punching someone in the face.
> Horse riding stances - looks like it sounds, but your not riding an actual horse. Plus it hurts guys that are top heavy. Alot.

I'll let you know how I go :D

p.s. hope to make some design changes soon, just very busy with study, eating and training (not in that order generally).

Hey! I started training BJJ and Muay Thai as a way to lose weight a few weeks ago, have really been enjoying it. Interested in seeing your progress.

Dude, here's a little inspiration: at black belt you will make people cry tear's of ecstasy when they see how amazing you look. In a horse rider's stance.

Very nice! Although you may have 'one of those body types'. All that may mean is that you burn like 250 kcals less a day [no activity] than another person would.
Which comes down to one candy bar. Change your eating habits. There are great websites out there with all the info you need.
bodyrecomposition.com is the top!
Good luck!

good for you, I started doing GJJ a while back but then had to stop because of illness, going to get back at it again soon.
